Every figure is computed from your four inputs, in the open:

• Lost jobs per week = missed calls × close %
• Monthly loss = lost jobs × job value × 52 weeks ÷ 12 months (rounded to the dollar)
• Annual loss = the displayed monthly figure × 12, exactly
