By using calllegend.com or subscribing to the CallLegend service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to contractors subscribing to the CallLegend platform and to homeowners submitting requests through our lead capture pages.
CallLegend provides AI-powered call answering and lead qualification services for home service contractors. The service is provided month-to-month. No annual contracts are required. Subscribers may cancel at any time before their next billing date.
Contractors subscribing to CallLegend represent that they hold valid licenses and insurance required by Ohio law for the trades they perform. CallLegend does not independently verify licensure on an ongoing basis. Misrepresentation of licensure or service area is grounds for immediate termination of service.
Contractors agree to respond to qualified leads delivered by the CallLegend system in a timely and professional manner consistent with standard trade practices.
Homeowners submitting requests through CallLegend lead capture pages consent to be contacted by CallLegend and verified contractors in our network for the purpose of fulfilling their stated service request. CallLegend does not guarantee contractor response time or the outcome of any service engagement.
Charter subscriptions are billed at $79/month. Standard subscriptions are billed at $149/month. Overage minutes are billed at $0.15/minute. Billing occurs on the same day each month from the date of enrollment. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds for partial months.
CallLegend and HomeSwerv LLC are not responsible for the quality of work performed by contractors in the network, the outcome of homeowner service requests, or disputes between contractors and homeowners. CallLegend is a connection and communication platform — not a party to any service agreement between a contractor and a homeowner.
