CallLegend is operated by HomeSwerv LLC, based in Northeast Ohio. This privacy policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information submitted through calllegend.com and related pages.
From homeowners: Name, phone number, property address, damage type or service need, urgency level, and any notes you provide in a lead submission form. This information is collected solely to connect you with verified local contractors in our network.
From contractors: Name, business name, phone number, email address, trade(s), and service area — provided during the charter enrollment process or contractor onboarding.
Automatically: Standard web analytics data — pages visited, time on site, referral source, device type. We use Fathom Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track individuals across websites.
Homeowner submissions are used to match you with verified contractors in your area. Your information is shared with those contractors for the purpose of fulfilling your service request. It is not sold to advertisers or shared with third parties outside our contractor network.
Contractor information is used to provision and operate the CallLegend service, process payments, and communicate about your account.
We do not sell data to advertisers. We do not display ads. We do not share your information with national lead aggregators. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.
Data is stored in Supabase, a PostgreSQL-based cloud database with row-level security controls. Contractor data is accessible only to authenticated users. Homeowner lead submissions are accessible only to staff and the matched contractor.
You may request that your information be deleted from our systems at any time. Contact us at hello@calllegend.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and we will process your request within 30 days.
