What Your Monthly Subscription Covers
The $89/mo plan includes:
- 24/7 AI call answering
- Up to 600 minutes of AI call time per month
- One dedicated phone number
- Unlimited call transcripts and recordings (stored 90 days)
- Google Calendar integration
- SMS missed-call text-back
- Email and SMS notifications
- Access to all automations
Overage: $0.15 per minute beyond 600 minutes. You'll receive an email alert when you reach 80% of your monthly minutes.
Phone Number Costs
Your dedicated CallLegend number is included in your plan — no additional charge. If you add a second number for a second location or trade, that's an add-on (see Your Plan and How to Change It).
Viewing Your Billing History
- Go to app.calllegend.com
- Click your account name in the top right
- Select Billing
- All past invoices are listed with date, amount, and a PDF download link
Updating Your Payment Method
- Go to Dashboard → Billing → Payment Methods
- Click Add New Card
- Enter your card details and click Save
- Set it as your default payment method
If a Payment Fails
If your card declines, you'll receive an email immediately. Your service stays active for a 7-day grace period. Update your payment method within that window and you'll never lose service. After 7 days without payment, your AI is paused until payment is resolved.
Pausing or Canceling
To pause: email support@calllegend.com and we'll pause your billing for up to 30 days. Your number and settings are preserved.
To cancel: email support or cancel from Dashboard → Billing → Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the end of your current billing period. Your call history and transcripts remain accessible for 30 days after cancellation.
The base rate is $89/month. Canceling and re-signing up will use the current rate.
