Where to Find Your Transcripts
Go to app.calllegend.com and click Call History in the left sidebar. Every call is listed chronologically. Click any call to open the full transcript and recording.
What a Transcript Includes
- Caller's name and phone number
- Date and time of the call
- Call duration
- Full conversation text — every word, labeled by speaker (Caller / AI)
- Lead status (Qualified / Unqualified / Booked)
- Summary generated by the AI: what the caller needed, whether they booked, next steps
- Link to the audio recording
Listening to Recordings
On any call record, click the Play button to listen to the full audio in your browser. You can also download the MP3 if you need to share it or save it locally.
Using Transcripts to Improve Your AI
Read through your first 10–20 transcripts. Look for:
- Questions the AI asked that confused callers
- Service types it didn't recognize
- Locations it got wrong
- Calls where it failed to book something it should have booked
Each of these is a clue to improve your agent script. Update your services list, adjust your service area, or refine your greeting. See Customize What Your AI Says.
Exporting and Sharing Transcripts
On any call record, click Export to download the transcript as a PDF or CSV. You can also copy the summary text directly from the call record. Use this to update your CRM, share with a team member, or file with a customer record.
How Long Recordings Are Stored
Call recordings are stored for 90 days on the standard plan. Download any recordings you want to keep permanently before the 90-day window closes. Transcripts (text only) are stored indefinitely.
Print or share transcripts with anyone who takes calls — employees, a spouse who handles scheduling. They can see exactly how the AI qualifies leads and match that standard when they handle calls directly.
