Connecting Your Calendar
- Log into app.calllegend.com
- Click Agents in the sidebar → select your agent → Edit
- Click the Integrations tab
- Click Connect Google Calendar
- Sign in with your Google account and click Allow
- Select which calendar to use for bookings
- Click Save
Your AI now has live access to your availability. It will only offer time slots that are actually open.
What the AI Can Book
- Service appointments
- Free estimates
- Follow-up calls
- Emergency dispatch slots
You control which booking types are available and how far out the AI can schedule. Set this under Booking Settings in the agent editor.
Setting Available Booking Slots
Under Agent Editor → Booking Settings, set your:
- Minimum advance notice (e.g., "don't book anything less than 2 hours out")
- Maximum booking window (e.g., "only book up to 2 weeks out")
- Buffer time between jobs (e.g., "30 minutes between appointments")
What the Customer Sees After Booking
After a caller books through your AI, they receive:
- A verbal confirmation from the AI during the call
- An SMS confirmation with the date, time, and your business name
- An SMS reminder 24 hours before the appointment (if enabled)
Blocking Time Off
Any event you add to your connected Google Calendar is automatically treated as blocked time. The AI won't offer that slot. Create an "unavailable" event in Google Calendar and it's done.
Troubleshooting Calendar Issues
Calendar not syncing: Go to Integrations and disconnect, then reconnect your Google Calendar. Make sure you're selecting the right calendar.
Double bookings: Enable buffer time between appointments in Booking Settings. Also check that all your other booking channels (phone, text) are adding events to the same calendar.
