Where to Find Your Call History

Log into your dashboard at app.calllegend.com. Click Call History in the left sidebar. Every call is listed with date, duration, caller info, and a link to the transcript and recording.

You can filter by date range, lead status (qualified / unqualified), and whether the call resulted in a booking.

Qualified Lead vs. Wrong Number

Your AI tags each call after it ends. A qualified lead is a caller who needs a service you offer, in your service area, and provided contact info. A wrong number or spam call gets tagged separately so it doesn't clutter your pipeline.

You can also tag calls manually in the dashboard if the AI got it wrong. This improves accuracy over time.

What Happens After Hours

Your AI never sleeps. After-hours calls are handled the same way — greet, qualify, capture, notify. If you've set up emergency call handling, urgent calls (burst pipe, no heat) trigger an immediate SMS to you regardless of the time. All other after-hours calls queue for your morning review.
