What the Web Form Does

A CallLegend form embeds on any website page. A visitor fills it out — name, phone number, what they need — and your AI calls them back immediately. Average response time: under 60 seconds. Most leads expect a fast call. This delivers it every time, even at midnight.

Getting Your Embed Code

  1. Go to app.calllegend.com
  2. Click API & Forms in the sidebar
  3. Click the Forms tab
  4. Select Create New Form
  5. Configure your form fields and callback settings
  6. Copy the embed code snippet

Three Form Types

  • Inline Widget — appears directly on the page, always visible. Best for contact pages and service pages.
  • Popup Widget — appears as a popup triggered by a button click or time delay. Best for exit-intent or landing pages.
  • Popup Link — a simple text or button link that opens the form in a popup. Easy to add to any page or email.

Adding to Your Website

Paste the embed code into your website HTML where you want the form to appear. It works on any website builder:

  • WordPress: Add a Custom HTML block and paste the code
  • Wix / Squarespace: Use the HTML embed element
  • Plain HTML: Paste directly into your page code

What Happens After Submission

  1. Form data is received instantly
  2. Your AI dials the customer's number within 60 seconds
  3. The AI identifies itself and begins qualifying the lead
  4. Call transcript is generated and added to your call history

Customizing Form Fields

In the form editor, you can add, remove, or reorder fields. Standard fields: Name, Phone, Service Needed, Preferred Time. You can also add custom fields specific to your trade (e.g., "Describe the problem" for plumbers, "Home size in sq ft" for HVAC).
