Check Your Notification Settings

  1. Log into app.calllegend.com
  2. Click your account name in the top right corner
  3. Select Settings
  4. Click the Notifications tab
  5. Verify your email address and mobile number are correct
  6. Make sure both Email Notifications and SMS Notifications are toggled On

Email Notifications

Notifications go to the email address on your account. To verify it's correct:

  • Go to Settings → Account and confirm the email listed
  • Check your spam or junk folder — emails from notifications@calllegend.com may be filtered
  • Add notifications@calllegend.com to your contacts to prevent spam filtering

SMS Notifications

Notifications also go to your mobile number via text. To add or update your mobile number:

  1. Go to Settings → Notifications
  2. Find SMS Notifications
  3. Enter or update your mobile number
  4. Click Send Test to confirm you receive the message
  5. Save

Check Your Spam Folder

Gmail and Outlook often filter automated notifications into spam on first delivery. Check your spam/junk folder for any emails from calllegend.com. If you find them there:

  • Mark the email as "Not Spam"
  • Add the sender to your contacts
  • Future notifications will land in your inbox

Browser Notifications

CallLegend can send browser notifications when you have the dashboard open. To enable:

  1. Log into app.calllegend.com
  2. When prompted by your browser, click Allow for notifications
  3. If you previously dismissed the prompt: click the lock icon in your browser address bar → Notifications → Allow

Still Not Receiving Notifications?

If you've checked all of the above and still aren't receiving alerts, email us with your account email address and which notification type is missing (email/SMS/both).
